A simple dosa for the quick breakfast, Wheat dosa is very easy to make and will make a great breakfast once in a while. Unlike chapathi, this dosa has a unique taste and is best enjoyed while hot, do not let it cool down as it will stick to your plate. Serve this dosa with tomato chutney.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1/8 cup buttermilk
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Oil
Instructions
  1. To the flour add butter, buttermilk and salt to taste.
  2. Add water to make a smooth batter as shown in the video.
  3. Now add cumin seeds and give it a good mix, and your batter is ready.

  4. Spread the batter like a dosa and add oil to the sides, now cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Now turn the dosa and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
