Traditional chinese tea doesnt include milk. So I decided to find the best tasting tea best suited for an Indian palatte as mine. This recipe is from the middle east, it is infused with spices at right consistency and is best made with whole spices.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1/2 inch cinnamon
  • 1 clove
  • 1 cardamom (crushed)
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp lemon
  • 1 tsp black tea powder
Instructions
  1. To the water add the ginger, clove,cinnamon, cardamom and sugar and bring it to a boil.
  2. Now add the tea powder and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until you get the nice brown color.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the lemon and close the pan and let it rest for a minute.
  4. Filter and serve.
