Buttermilk is one of the healthiest drinks you can have during the summer times. Although lassi is preffered by most, it contains a lot of sugar which is not good for you.

Instead of the plain old buttermilk, we spice it up with coriander and green chili, it gives it a nice flavor and tastes amazing, this drink is best served chilled, do not store it.

The trick in the recipe is to blend the spices seperately and then add buttermilk to it and blend for a short amount of time, which will give you a smooth buttermilk, if you blend it all together your buttermilk will be bubbly.
