Tastes absolutely delicious and best enjoyed when the bread is still a little crispy, gives it a nice texture. If you enjoy it spicy, then make sure to add a little red chili powder.

Ingredients
  • 3-4 slices bread
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 green chili
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • coriander for garnishing
Instructions
  1. Toast the bread without using oil.
  2. To a pan in medium heat add the butter, then add the cumin and wait till they pop.
  3. Now add onion and saute till it turns brown.
  4. Add the tomato and green chili and cook for a few minutes till the mixture becomes mushy.
  5. Now add the turmeric, pav bhaji masala, salt and tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add the toasted bread, mix and coat the bread well with the masala.
  7. Garnish with coriander & serve
