What makes a good paratha? the answer is ‘LAYERS’ . Achieving the layers at home is a bit difficult because we need a good amount of space & energy to roll the dough again and again to form layers, also traditional parathas use a ton of oil which makes it very unhealthy. This recipe on the other hand tastes amazing, uses less oil, and follow the instructions video, its very easy to make.

The cone technique to make parathas can be used for any type of paratha, just make sure you dust the dough with flour often so as not to stick to the ground. Repeat the process as shown in the instructions if you want more layers of the paratha.
