Kelvaragu/ Finger Millet/ Ragi is one of the oldest and traditional grains of south India, it is a grain used in making many breakfast south Indian recipes, although not many people have them in a regular basis. It is one of the healthiest foods you can eat and is rich in fiber. This is made in the form of an adai(or a small thick roti) because its a coarse grain and will break if you try to get it into a bigger shape.

Now to anyone who wants to substitute a heavy breakfast with something that tastes good and is rich in nutritional value, look no further you have found the breakfast. I will be posting more Finger Millet based recipes.
