Buying mayonnaise in a bottle is expensive and believe me when I say that most mayonnaise brands taste like plastic, the taste gets even worse when it comes to egg less mayonnaise. So I decided to make my own, but most of the recipes I found involved using of fresh cream in the recipe which is in turn gets more expensive. So after a lot of trial and error I made this recipe, its rich, creamy, tasty and used no fresh cream just some simple ingredients found at home. Adjust the salt and sugar to your preference.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Add the milk, sugar, salt, pepper & mustard to a bowl and add half of the oil and blend for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Now add rest of the oil and vinegar and blend again till the mayonnaise is well creamy and thick.
