Cauliflower and mushroom are like a vegetarians substitue for chicken. Anything you can do with chicken like chicken masala, chicken 65 etc. can be substituted with using cauliflower or mushroom. This recipe is very easy to make, but make sure you get a good cauliflower without any worms and try to remove the stem as much as you can, just leave enough to let you hold the pieces in hand.




This dish can be enjoyed as a snack or it even goes well as a side with boiled rice or curd rice.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic
  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp maida
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
Instructions
  1. First boil some water and add the cauliflower to it and let it boil for 5 mins.
  2. Drain and keep it aside.
  3. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix , add water little by little and mix till you get a smooth batter.
  4. Add the cauliflower to it, mix and fry on high heat for 8-10 mins till your cauliflower gets crispy
