Ingredients
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • 250 g boneless chicken thigh pieces
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 small handful chopped coriander
  • 1 small handful chopped curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp ginger & garlic paste
  • 11/2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients listed under “Marinating” and let it rest for an hour.
  2. Heat the pan and add cooking oil enough for deep-frying.
  3. Once the oil is heated, add slowly the marinated chicken and cook till its tender.
